3. Exhibit III - A letter dated June 7, 1979 from Dr.. West of PSO to Joseph Gallo, and the enclosure thereto, i.e., a letter dated June 5, 1979 from Mr. Ross of Black & Veatch to Dr. West. -

Exhibit I is a request for additional LWA-1 work, i.e.,

non-safety related work. As Mr. Ewing's letter indicates, the additional work, if approved, would permit the work force at the Black Fox Station site additional time before it becomes idle and demobilization is necessary.

Exhibits II and III explain PSO's actions with respect to resolving the phenomenon of containment vessel ringing in the design of the Black Fox Station. The Exhibits clearly explain the matter and I will not burden this letter with further explanation.
