In accordance with your submittal dated July 30, 1979, and its supplement dated August 15, 1979, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Condition No.12 of Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-1067 is hereby amended to read as follows:

12. The licensee shall maintain readiness to implement and shall follow the plans for coping with emergencies in accordance with your submittal dated July 30, 1979, and its supplement dated August 15, 1979. No changes to the plan shall be made which would decrease the effectiveness of the emergency plan without the prior approval of the Comission. Other changes to the emergency plan shall be promptly submitted, for information purposes, to the Region I Office of Inspection and Enforcement and to the Office of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards.

All other conditions of your license shall remain the same.
