Inspection 70-820/79-08 This refers to your letter dated July 10, 1979, in response to our letter dated June 22, 1979.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
We have reviewed your comments concerning items of noncompliance noted within the referenced report.
Since some of your comments relate to an interpretation of NRC regulations we have forwarded a copy of your response to NRC Headquar-ters for their evaluation.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of your con-trol and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and your facility security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the enclosure to the referenced letter will not be placed in the Public Document
