Inspection on March 13-16,1979 (Recort No. 70-820/79-08)
Areas Insoected:
Routine, unannounced inspection by regional based inspectors of nuclear material control and accounting in the areas of measurement and statistical controls; ID and associated LEID; records and reports, and procedures. The inspection involved 84 inspector-hours on site by three NRC regional based inspectors.
Results: Of the four areas inspected, two apparent items of noncomoliance were identified (infraction - failure to adjust the control and subsidiary accounts to the results of two physical inventories within 30 calendar days after the start of each physical inventory - Paragraph 2; infraction - failure to consider the effects of systematic error in limit of error calculations - Paragraph 3).
