Dear Sir:
Reference (2) provided additional information relative to the installation of voltage regulators to our 2400 volt system.
In that letter, we informed you of the need to shut down the plant for approximately two weeks, and requested that implementation of the codification coincide with our mid-January (1980) shutdown to implement certain equipment modifications as required by NUREG-0578. Our position remnins that the above change is unwarranted and without a justified basis. A letter will follow to fully state this position.
