Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Company Docket No. 50-456 Docket No. 50-647 Y T7 Based on the inspection conducted on September 25-28, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements as noted below. This item is an infraction.
10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion V, states in part, that " activities affecting quality shall be prescribed by documented instructions, proce-dures or drawings, and shall be accomplished in accordance with these instructions, procedures, or drawings." The Commonwealth Edison Company Quality Assurance Manual, QR No. 5.0, states, in Section 5.1, that " activities affecting quality required to be prescribed by documented instructions, procedures or drawings."
