SUPPLEMENT TO APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), the Power Authority of the State of New York, as holder of Facility Operating License No.
DPR-54, hereby supplements its application for Operating License Amendment submitted to the Commission July 26, 1978.
The Supplement contains proposed changes to the FitzPatrick Technical Specifications to clarify use of the RHR System for spent fuel pool cooling and to provide the limitation on fuel loading to meet the specified Kcff limits for the modified spent fuel storage system.
Proposed changes to the Technical Specifications are presented in Attachment I to this Application ~.
The supporting information is included in Attachment II.
