SUBJECT:
FOLLOUUP ON EXPIRED LICENSE In a memo dated December 18, 1978, Ralph Meyer requested a files check and follow up action on '.icense No. Sf M 1425 issued to the Veterans Administration Hospital, San Diego.
An in-office inquiry was conducted between March 22, 1979 and April 20, 1979. A special inspection was also conducted on April 23, 1979. A final close out report is enclosed to document the findings.
No further inspection effort concerning thi's expired license is required.
