Appendix A NOTICE OF DEVIATION Toledo Edison Company Docket No. 50-346 Based on the inspection conducted on June 12-15, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were not in accordance with commitments, codes, standards, guides or acceptable practices, as noted below.
Section 6.2 of the Emergency Plan and Implementing Procedures Manual states in part that, "The Station Review Board will review the Emergency Plan annually."
Contrary to this commitment, the licensee failed to conduct this review for the period ending April 25, 1979.
