This letter is to provide update information concerning access of NRC Region I personnel to your facilities.
Reference is made to our letters of February 28, 1979 and July 2, 1979.
It is requested that the name of Mr. C. J. Cowgill, who posesses an L clearance, and posesses NRC Badge No. B-0246 be added to Enclosure 1 and delete C. J. Cowgill from enclosure 2 of our letter dated July 2,1979.
Mr. C. J. Cowgill has completed NRC indoctrination in radiological pro-tection, emergency response and security training comparable to that furnished by you to regular site ea.ployees granted unescorted access.
Any additional training provided by you to these inspectors should be limited to site specified matters required for the inspector's safety.
