Expiration of License The inspector contacted the licensee by phone on May 29, 1979 and notified him that his license SNM-1391 had expired on August 30, 1978. The licensee informed the inspector that he possessed no by-product material and wished to have his license terminated.

This was confirmed in a letter sent by the licensee to the Regional Office on 3.

Evaluation by the Regional Office Region I has evaluated the information supplied by the licensee and has determined that a closecut survey is not necessary and that this license should be retired.
