REQUEST FOR ACTION UNDER 10 CFR 2.206 Notice is hereby given that by petition dated October 18, 1979, Alfred and Eleanor Coleman requested that an order be issued to Public Service Electric
& Gas Company to show cause why the construction per1 nits for Hope Creek Units l'
& 2 should not be suspended or revoked for alleged violations of the Endangered Species,Act of 1973. This petition is being treated as a request for action under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Comission's regulations, and accordingly, action will be taken on the petition within a reasonable time.
