We have received a copy of your Technical Specification Change Request flo. ~ i dated June 26, 1979 which you filed with the Office of Nuc':ar Reactor Regulation (ONRR) tsr review and approval.
The request is for a changa in the Beaver Valley Unit No.1 Technical Specifications of Facility License llo. DPR-66 to reduce the time constant of the Neutron Flux F. ate Reactor Trips.
Your application included a Class II amendment fee i $1,200.
Based on a preliminary review of your application by the ONRR staff, it has been determined that this application involves consideration of a safety issue which requires a Class III amendment fee of $4,000.
There-fore, it is requested that an additional $2,800 be fon,arded to this office.
If the final review of the aoplication reveals that this fee is incorrect, you will be refunded any overpayment or billed for any additional amount due.
