Item 1 List all Seinnic Category I piping systems (or portions thereof) where 3, 4, or 6 inch diameter Velan swing check valves are ird stalled or are scheduled to be installed.
Response
Detailed investigation of system's caaponents has disclosed that at SONGS 1 there are no Velan swing check valves installed on any k
systcm.
The recponse to Item 1 nullifies the applicability of Iteras 2 through 6.
