1978 The Unit 1 ETS study complies with Appendix B of the operating license from the NRC and Order No. 76-11 of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Diego Region.

The Units 2&3 Preoperational Monitoring Program meets the NRC requirements for preoperational monitoring dated May 31, 1978.

The Units 2&3 Construction Monitoring Program meets the requirements of Order No. 71-6 of the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, San Diego Region and is a special study requirement of the NRC Preoperational Monitoring Program.

To assist in determining compliance with regulatory requirements, each volume contains a table showing when indi vidual sampling tasks were conducted. The page numbers for these tables are as follows:
