APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Mis.eissippi Power and Light Company License No. CPPR-119 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on June 28-30, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
These items have been categorized as described in our correspondence to you dats :

In addition, Specification No. 9645-C-191.0, I

Contrary to the above requirements, on June 28, 1978, test cylinder sets 2650 A-D, 2651 A-D, 2652 A-D, 2653 A-D and 2654 A-D were being exposed to full sun at an ambient temperature of 99 degrees Fahrenheit.
This is an infraction.
