The Commission's Office of the Controller has been authorized to refund the Class III amendment fee of $4,000 for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant which was sent with your application dated March 14, 1979 (supplemented June 5, 1979).
The application relates to an exemption (pursuant to 10 CFR 50.12) from the requirements of 50.46 (a) (1).
We have determined that this application is exempt from fees.
The refund is now being processed by the Controller's office and will be sent as soon as possible.
