The fellowing decieration should cc-company or be placed en the Shipper ~s Export Declcrctions for such exports: "This shipment is being mcde pursucnt to specific ficense number (specific license number) filed ct(location of Customs office where I; cense is filed), on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration date of license), and the unshipped bolence remaining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this declarction. Condition 2 - Exports autherned in any country or destinction, except Country Groups Q, S, W, X, Y, and Z in Port 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehens ve Export Schedule cf the U.S. Department of Commerce. Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclear content of the meterici.
