In accordance with your application dated January 12, 1979, as supple-mented March 8,1979, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-33 is hereby amended to include your decommissioning plan and financial commitment. Accordingly, Condition 22 is added to your license to read as follows:
Condition 22. At the end of the plant life, the licensoe shall decontaminate the facilities and site in accordance with the general decommissioning plan submitted in the enclosure to the letter da*.ed January 12, 1979, so that these facilities and grounds can be released to unrestricted use. The financial commitment to assure that funds will be available for decommissioning, in the letter dated March 8, 1979, is hereby in-corporated as a condition of the license.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
