In accordance with your applicant dated July 14, 1978, as supplemented May 14, 1979, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Materials License No. SNM-1097 is hereby amended to include your decommissioning plan and financial commitment.

Accordingly, Condition 19 is added to your license to read as follows:

Condition 19. At the end of the plant life, the licensee shall decontaminate the facilities and site in accordance with the general deconmissioning plan submitted in the enclosure to the 'etter dated July 14,1978, so that these faciliti-and grounds can be released to unrestricted use.

ine financial commitment to assure that funds will be available for deconmissioning, in the letter of May 14, 1979, is hereby incorporated as a condition of the license.

Additional details of the decommissioning plan, to provide further information on anticipated methods of decontamination, areas to be cleaned, and volumes to be buried at a licensed burial facility, are requested by July 1, 1980.

All other conditicns of this license shall remain the same.
