Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. E. W. K. Lee of this
office on April 24 and 25, 1979 of activities at Big Rock Point
Nuclear Generating Plant autnorized by NRC Operating License No.
DPR-6 and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. DeMoor of your
staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies areas
examined during the inspection. Within these areas, the
inspec. ion consisted of a selective examination of procedures
and representative records, observations, and interviews with
persornel.
No ite ns of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified
durine the course of this inspection.
In accirdance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of
Practi e," Fart 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a
copy o this letter and the enclosed inspection report will
be pla ed in the NRC's Public Document Rc- , except as follows.
If thi report contains information that you er your contractors
believ to be proprietary, you must apply in writing to this
offic , within twenty days of your receipt of this letter, to
with'ald such information from public disclosure.
The
app 2. cation must include a full statement of the reasons for
whica the information is considered proprietary, and should be
prepared so that proprietary information identified in the
application is contained in an enclosure to the application.
