The Commission was briefed by representatives of the offices of Nuclear Reactor Regulation and Inspection and Enforcement regarding the known sequence of events at Jersey Central "ower and Light Company's Oyster Creek Station on May 2, 1979, when a reactor high pressure scram and subsequent instrument indication of a triple low reactor water level occurred.

No.?ormal actions were taken during the briefing.

The Commission requested it be kept advised of any further developments.

The Chairman indicated to Congressman Maguire, who was in attendance, that NRC would keep tP New Jersey Congressional delegation and the Governor infornu
