SUBJECT:
STATUS SHEETS FOR CONTRACTOR ASSISTANCE TASKS Attached are a set of sheets which gives the present status and FY 1979 completion schedules for work being performed by contractors under our technical assistance program.
Please note that the schedules for Inservice Testing and Water Hammer licensing actions are predicted upon the contractor receiving the additional funds needed to properly staff the work (Inservice Testing $60K and Water Hammer $57K). At the present time this additional money is not available. However, G. Zech has said that he would expect the additional funds to be made available within a month.
I intend to update these sheets monthly and will include the FY 1980 schedule of task completions in the September M19 issue.
By copy of this memo, I request each section leader provide me with an updated s tatus by the 23rd day cf each month.
I will then issue the complete set of status sheets by the 30th day of the month.
I will also provide each PSB task manager with a copy of the status sheets that apply to his tasks.
