Correct:ve Action:
All of the deficient welds on the main control boards were rewelded and inspected at the job site by a crew from the manufacturer. This was completed June 29, 1979 Inspection is continuing on eight miscellaneous control panels provided also by the same manufacturer and if any deficient welds are detected, they will be repaired by the manufacturer by November 1,1979 b4h j$'
