CRYSTAL RIVER UNIT 3 - EVALUATION OF THE OVERPRESSURE MITIGATING SYSTEM - TAC 6720 In accordance with your request per TAC 6720, enclosed is the Plant Systems Branch Safety Evaluation Report pertaining to the Crystal River Unit 3, Overpressure Mitigating System. We find the licensees prcposed system acceptable, however, we reco:x:end that certain other modifications as described in our evaluation be implemented by the licensee at the next scheduled refueling shutdown.
