DEEP DRAFI PUMP DEFICIENCIES Description of Circumstances:
Com=onwealth Edison Company reported that manufacturing On October 20, 1978, deficiencies had been identified in new high pressure core spray, low pressure core spray, and residual heat re= oval pumps manufactured by Intersoll-Rand (I-R)
