The Commission's Office of the Controller has been authorized to refund the Class II and Class I amendment fees totalling $1,600 for Brunswick 1 and 2 which were sent with your application dated fiarch 6,1979.
The Commission has determined that a waiver of the license amendment fees for these Tech-nical Specifications relating to fire protection is appropriate.
The refund is now being processed by the Controller's office and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
