APPENDIX A NOTICE OF DEVIATION License No. CPPR-78 Virginia Electric and Power Comp.'ny North Anna 2 Based on the results of the NRC inssection conducted on March 5-30, 1979, certain of your activities appear to deviate f rom your commitments to the Commission as indicated below:
Paragraph 3 of page 2 of your letter number 731 dated January 7,1979, in response to the Notice of Viclation dated December 12, 1978, states that the procedure to assure corrective action regarding posting of changes to controlled drawings would be approved by February 1, 1979.
Cor.trary to the above, station ad=inistrative procedure AD!!-43.31 was not approved by the Station Manager until March 5, 1979.
A similar item was brought to your attention in our letter dated November 21, 1978 for Unit 1.
