Enclosed is a letter dated June 13, 1979, from Harold Denton, Director, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, to Mr. Stanley Ragone, President, Virginia Electric and Power Company regarding the issuance of an operating license for North Anna Power Station, Unit 2.
