Thank you for your letters of March 19 and April 23, 1979, in response to our letters dated February 27 and April 9, 1979. As a result of our review we find that additional information, as discussed with your Mr. McIntyra during a telephone call on May 4,1979, is needed.
Specifically, the date by which the required leak test will be performed and what steps have been taken to instre that future leak tests are performed at intervals not to exceed six months.
You should submit this information within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
