License fio. 35-17596-01 flotice of Violation Based on the results of the fiRC inspection conducted on February 9,1979, certain activities appear to be in noncompliance with fiRC regulations as indicated below:

Contrary to 10 CFR 31.5(c)(2), the nominal 50 millicurie cesium-137 source Kay Ray flodel 7062, used to measure flow on a conveyor belt, was not always tested for leakage at intervals not to exceed six months during the period June 30, 1977, to February 9, 1979.

This is an infraction.
