Thank you for your letter of March 19, 1979, in response to our letter dated February 27, 1979, and the actached Notice of Violation. As a result of our review, we find that additional information, as discussed with your Mr. McIntyre during a telephone call on April 2,1979, is needed.

Specifically, on what date the required 1 !ak test was performed, the results of that leak test, and what steps hav. been taken to insure that future leak tests are perfomed at intervels not to exceed six months.

You should submit this information within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
