Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Based upon the Westinghouse (V) technical evaluation of information contained in a generic report prepared by Chicago Bridge & Iron Company (CB&I) which addresses the requirements of the above referenced bulletins, W has concluded that weld material data and other required information pertaining to the Virgil C. Summer (CGE) reactor vessel are included in the This repr,rt was submitted earlier to the Nuclear Regulatory CB&I report.
Commission (NRC) and is evidenced by CB&I's transmittal letter enclosed as Attachment A.
Additionally, a copy of CB&I's letter to W is enclosed as Attachment B, which provides further confirmation that the CB&I generic report includes records pertaining to the Virgil C. Summer (CGE) reactor vessel.
