WESTINGHOUSE REVISED SNM-1107 LICENSE RENEWAL APPLICATION (Cost Activity Code: L333 l 7)
Westinghouse Electric Company LLC (Westinghouse) is pleased to provide a revised license renewal application. The scope of these revisions is described below.
Revised Section 10.1 to describe Westinghouse Consent Agreement (CA) with South Carolina Depa1tment of Health and Environmental Concern (SC DHEC).
Revised Section l 0.1.4 to discuss groundwater monitoring wells used to monitor uranium and Tc-99 impacted areas and locations of sample monitoring stations.
Revised Section 10.1.5 to clarify that Westinghouse will provide NRC updates to the CA at least annually until completion of the agreement.
Revised Table 10.1 for soil sampling locations.
Revised Table 10.2 to capture all monitoring wells and add footnotes.
Revised Table 10.3 to correct typo.
Replaced Figure 10.1 with new figure.
Replaced Figure 10.2 with new figure.
Removed Figure 10.3.
A public version of the revised SNM-1107 license renewal application is included as Enclosure l. A copy of the Security-Related page 11 is included as Enclosure 2.
Additionally, Enclosure 3 contains updated environmental data for vegetation, soil, surface water, fish, and sediment. Enclosure 4 contains updated groundwater sampling data since the March 2019 license renewal application submittal.
