Dear Mr. Goodwin:
The Commission has issued the enclosea Amendment No. al to Facility Operating License NPF-1 for the Trojan '!uclear Plant.
The amer.dment consists of changes to the Technical "pecifications in response to your request dated June 6,1979, as sapplemented June 20, 1979.
The amendment deletes pressurizer level as an input to safety injection actuation, and requires actuation of safety injection based on two out of three channels of low pressurizer pressure.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also encl o sed.
