Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
Your IEB-79-09 cequesting action by South Caroli.ia Electric 6 Gas Company within sixty (60) 2.ays with regard to tailure of GE type AK-2 circuit breaker in safety related systems has been reviewed. As a result of our investigation into this subject, we have detemined that none of che G.E. type AK-2 circuit breakers are used_in safety related systems.
No further action is required nd this is considered a final report.
