Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Docket No. 50-295 Company Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on April 6, 10, 11 and 23-27, 1979, it appears that certain of your activ-ities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This item is an infraction.
Contrary to Technical Specification 3.15.2.c, on March 12, 1979, with the IB diesel generator out of service, the cross tie breaker from Unit 2 auxiliary transformer to Unit 1 ESF buses was taken out of service, thereby making reserve offsite power unavailable for Unit 1.
