This letter is to acknowledge receipt of your petition for an order directed to Kansas. Gas & Electric Co.r.pany to show cause why construction work should not be suspenced at the Wolf Creek Generating Station and the construction pennit not be revoked.
Your request for action is similar to ones received from it%r Kansas citizens and groups.
Because of this simila-ity, your petition hi
.ren consolidated with that received from Critical Mass Energy Project and oth ?s for considera-tion under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Commission's regulations, and appropriate action vill be taken within a reasonable time.
A separate Federal Register Notice will not be made because of the consolidation.
