I enclose for your information a copy of a petition filed on behalf of the Kansas Building & Construction Trades Council which requests that an order be issued to show cause why construction permit should not be revoked.
Also enclosed is our acknowledgment to that request.
The Commission has received similar requests in the past, copies of which have been forwarded previously.
Because of its similar nature, the present petition has been consolidated with the other requests for consideration under 10 CFR 2.206 of the Commission's regulations.
