Dear Mr. Andognini:
We have reviewed your letter dated February 14, 1979 concerning changes to the security plan for the Pilgrim Station, submitted in compliance with 10 CFR 50.54(p).
We concur with your finding that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the security plan for the Pilgrim Station.
Accordingly, the approved security plan for the Pilgrim Station now consists of the follow;ng submittals:
