This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. D. Haverkamp of this

office on May 3-5 and 8-10,1978, at the Three Mile Island Nuclear

Station, Unit 2, Middletown, Pennsylvan!a, of activities authorized by

NRC License No. DPR-73 and to the discussions of our findings held by

the inspection.
