The effect any cut rebar in a li:11ted area has been evaluated by the engineer, Burns and Rec. and fcund to be regligible. The it s vill be closed in IE Ins ecticn Recer: 50-322/78-15. Frc= she ad:inistrative standecint there is a acacc:::pliance being issued as a result of the investigatien of the allega tion. Tnat ncnce::mliance deals with the fact that tha oricinal repair work on the st::ds and ;cssible cut rebar was ac::cp11shed withcut preperly approved work precedures. This infomation can be use:i to ecdate the Hearing Scard if you deter::ine such action is necessary.
