The enclosed menoranda from IE discuss investications of an allegation regarding cut rebar and improperly soliced concrete anchors at TMI-2.
They cention oossible Board nosification.
Although the allegation is considered to be substantiated, I do not con-sider it. necessary to infom the Board. The resolution of the matter leaves no safety concern and would not provide a basis for documentation in a staff SER.
