Gentlemen:

This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. L. Narrow of this office

on August 3-6, 1976 at Middletown, Pennsylvania, of activities authorized

by SRC Li cense 'lo. CPPR-66 cnd to the discussions of our findings held

by Mr. Narrow wtth Mr. Levin and other members of your staff at the

conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the Office of

Inspection and Enforcement Inspection Report which is encloced with this

letter. Within these areas, the irspectica consisted of selective

examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with

personnel, and observations by the inspector.

Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncennliance were

observed.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the URC's "Rr.ics of Prac.tice", Part

2, Titla 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a ecpy of this letter ana the

enclosed inspection report will be placed 1. the NRC's Public D cument

Room.
