In accordance with your application dated December 10, 1979, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Special Nuclear Material License No. SNM-414 is hereby amended to revise the time requirement in License Conditions 12 and 37 of License Number SNM-414 for instrumentation and ventilation modifications to a completion date of March 31, 1980.
Completion shall include documented preoperational testing to assure all components and systems perform as designed, preparation and approval of written operating procedures that include corrective actions to be taken should deviations to nomal operation occur and the type and frequency of componen-
.. system testing to provide assurance of satisfactory operation.
Further Babcock and Wilcox is to advise the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in a written status report by the 15th of each month the progress toward meeting these requirements. The status report shall include as a minimum the items completed, the percent completion and estimated for the outstanding items, and identification of problem areas.
License Condition 40 to Materials License SNM-414 is attached.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
