We have received a copy of each of your submittals dated' July 11, 1979, Septer.ber 7, October 10 and.loveder 12 which you filed with the Office. of luclear Reactor Regulation (0:iRR) for review and approval. These letters transmitted data relating to Cycle 3 cperation of the Calvert Cliffs.luclear Power Plant Unit :10. 2 with sleeved guide tubes in fuel assemblies under c'ontrol Elenent Assetblies. The O'1RR staff's review an.d approval of this data are docur.:ented in a Jovember 13, 1979 letter and Safety Evaluation Report sent to your Corcpany.
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 170, and based on guidance fron the 0;iRR staff, it nas been determined that review and approval of the Guide Tube Inspection Procram data involved consideration of a single safety issue requiring a Class III fee of 34,000.
It is requested that tnis fee be for-warded to us as promptly as possible.
