REQUEST FOR ACTUAL NANPOWER DATA In response to your memorandum of this date, subject as above, following is a reporu of the actual professional man-hours expended by the Appeal Panel on the sua sponte review of the reactors indicated:
g Washington Nuclear 3 & 5 18.0 hrs North Anna 1 & 2 68.0 hrs h~
The latter proceeding (North Anna) was contested before t
the Licensing Board but not contested before the Appeal Board.

Marble Hill 1 and 2, and Indian Point 3 were contested proceedings; therefore, in accordance with the instructions we previously received, no record of professional man-hours.
i expended on these cases was maintained.
With respect to the Hatch 2_and Arkansas 2 applications, there was no public hearing and hence no participation by the Appeal Board.
