CP and OL actions. The manpower expended is as follows:

Hatch 2 OL 26,954 The attached data sheets are submitted to aid you in determing the appropriate fee to be charged. Attachment I contains Indian Point 3 data, while Attachment 2 contains the data for the other three plants.
All of the above applicants / licensees may be billed.

CP AND OL FEES DATA Arkansas 2 The OL review required 35,554 staffhours. At a rate of $70,000/manyear, a total of $1,382,500 would be charged for NRR review time alone.
Atlantic Generating Station Units 182 A total of 19,130 staffhours (equivalent to about $742,000) were spent from 10/1/72 to 5/5/79 on the CP review of AGS. This olus the en-vironmental review done at the national labs ($418,000) totals to about
$1,160,000. This does not include any costs associated with hearings or safety consultants, which would increase the cost significantly.

Hatch 2 A total of 26,954 staffhours were expended on the OL review of Hatch 2.
This amounts to $1,048,227 without any contractual costs added.
