The Atomic Energy Commission has issued Amendment No. 2 to Facility Operating License No DPR-50, issued to the Metropolitan Edison Company, Jersey Central Power and Light Company, and the Pennsylvania Electric Company for Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1.
This Amendment is identified as Change No. 2 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-50.
Copics of the Amendment, and the related notice, which has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication, are enclosed.
We have concluded that the issusnee of this Amendment will not be inimical to the common defense and security or to the health and safety of the public, and that the Amendment does not involve a significant hazards consideration.

. "(2) Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications contained in Appendices A and B attached to Facility Operating License No. DPR-50 are revised as indicated in the attachment to this license amendment.
The Technical Specifications, as revised, are hereby incoc-porated in the license. The licensees' shall operate the facility in accordance with the Technical Specifications, as revised."

This license amendment is effective as of the date of its issuance.
