,4 Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency authorizes the following revisions to the above captioned permit:

Add the following requirement to the permit as Special Condition 11:
The discharge cf corrosion inhibitors, biocides (other than chlorine) and/or dispersants, without the prior written approval of the Regional Administrator, is prohibited.
